• Receiving shipping orders for sales and ship these orders by sea – land • Communicate with shipping lines to get competitive rates and transit time in case if sea shipping , communicate with transport contractors in case of land • Book best rates for containers with shipping lines • Contact with inspections companies (ITS, SGS, bureau veritas) if inspection is required. • Follow up with the transport contractor to assure arrival in accurate time • Communicate and follow up with factories to obtain packing lists and customs to continue shipping procedures • Maintain merchandise final description to send it to shipping line • Prepare original invoices and packing lists • Prepare all required documents for all shipments such as Original invoice – original packing list – original bill of lading and certificate of origin. • Send original documents to all customers. • Follow up with couriers to assure arrival of original documents to customers. • Maintain files system for every shipment. • Communicate with banks to assure many collections in case of drafts and C.A.D • Ability to proceed letter of credit and maintain amendments if exists.
