• Develop and direct systems so that accounting transactions can be maintained, recorded and analyzed to work out each unit status. • Receive, revise, record and maintain any accounting transaction then arrange and implement accordingly the suitable action whether payment or invoicing…..etc • Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities. • Review and process routine accounting data for revenue and expenditures, review and report financial transactions to funding sources; ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with provincial and federal requirements, and standard accounting and audit procedures. • Prepare reconciliations of accounts. • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts as general ledger & document business transaction. • Resolve accounting discrepancies under the supervision of the section head. • Monitoring and review accounting and related system reports and completeness. • Maintain and Coordinate the implementation of the accounting and control procedures. • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications • Good ability to operate MS Office as well as Oracle software. • Proven track record in finance & accounting(AP or Treasury background is preferred). • Very good Analytical Skills. Education Requirements& Competencies • Relevant University Degree in Accounting/Finance is required. • Ability to work in a Team environment. • Ability to meet deadlines and perform well in a deadline-oriented environment. • Attention to details with accuracy.
