Developing and implementing a strong personalization strategy to better communicate and build relationships with customers . The CRM Officer will support the CRM Manager in the development and delivery of the company’s CRM strategy that aims to position itself as a leader in the field of Real Estate. The role holder will also provide support to the CRM Manager and Digital team in the delivery and execution of an integrated communications plan to support the company’s mission . Key Attributes • To understand customer relationships and recognise that all communications should be as personalised as possible to develop the relationship and identify who the audiences are. • To provide support to the CRM Manager to execute the implementation of the CRM strategy focusing on effective relationships between the company and their customer. • Be part of the continual development of customer relationship, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and introducing new initiatives to support these opportunities. • Draft and distribute regular email communications in line with the CRM strategy, ensuring relevant and on brand communications, with best practice always in mind. • Understand the need for a single customer view • Ensure data protection law and data capture methods are adhered to at all times to ensure compliance and best practice. • To work with the Web and Technology teams to develop and improve the links between the CRM system and Marketing Automation Tool.
Qualifications Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any conveyable field. from 3 to 5 years of experience preferably in the field of Real estate
