- In charge of the expense and booking in system every month after the cashier make payment. - Tidy up the financial archives and document. - Make good communication with the bank and tax department frequently - Make good communication with the Suez audit and Cairo audit. - Statistics the expense which not include invoice and make advice to financial manager . - Support financial supervisor analysis the revenue,cost,and expense according to the budget - Print the invoice to customer every end of the month. -Finish the other works assigned by the financial manager. -In charge of revenue, cost and enter the items into the system on time check the attachment strictly. -Assist the cashier to write cheque -Check the invoice amount and confirm the expense is reasonable. -Write out the fund planning form before payment. -Prepare the AR and AP again report to financial manager at the beginning of every month. -Analysis the revenue,cost,and expense according to the budget. -Pay more attention to general ledger and sub-ledger of Service company except Egypt Teda. -Organize the tax calculation and the declare financial report.
Qualifications Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Analytical Skill, Numerical Ability
