• Perform systems’ maintenance and repair. • Train Users and test New Equipment / applications. • Identify Incidents and perform troubleshooting activities. • Report all incidents and create availability report of all IT equipment and system. • Analyze causes and effects of all problems faced. • Secure Data, system and equipment to ensure integrity and confidentiality of the company’s data. • Check Equipment status and add new equipment and remove faulty equipment. • Participate in new projects & deployments. • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems. • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software. • Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities. • Read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support. • Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/information systems or Engineering is required. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. • Excellent computer skills.
