Implement and update database for the training including the available courses. · Implement a comparison between the service providers to select the best. · Implementation of the Training Plan · Receive the Training Request approved from all parties. · Implement the required training’s registration · Finalize the external training approvals if required · Prepare trainings’ Payment Request and submit Financial Department · Coordinate with employee to select the best suitable training schedule · Record all training procedures on the Training Data Base · Prepare all necessary logistics for In-Hose training · Collect the Training Feedback form from the trained employees · Collect the Manager Feedback form to measure the employees’ performance after training completion · Implement Service Provider performance evaluation · Prepare the schedule for the Interns. · Follow up the allocation of Interns in the recommended projects · Record Interns data using its database · Implementation of Training Policies and Procedure · Submit all required reports Implement Job Analysis for required functions ·Prepare Job Description .Implement the Organization Chart
Qualifications . Computer Skills. · Communication Skills · Accuracy & concentration. · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet agreed due date. · Ability to work well through others. · Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
