- Developing and implementing PR / Communications strategies. - Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email; - Writing and distributing press releases to targeted media - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Collaborate with internal teams (IT Team) to create landing pages and optimize user experience - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - To analyze and report on the business performance and progress through analysis and reporting. - To manage the customer relationship at different touch points to ensure loyalty and stickiness of the customer. - Compare between the company products and competitors. - Research for solutions, competitors and tools for achieving competitive edge. - Research and prepare statistical and analytical reports using different data collection techniques. - Formulating a plan/proposal and presenting it to the client or senior management; - Conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field, interview or focus group assessments; - Advising clients/senior management on how to best use research findings;
