1. Identify, maintain and update lists and details of hospitals and clinics – contacts - with potential patients for the company. 2. Maintain and update hospitals’ records (hospital information sheets). 3. Visit and continuously meet with patients to deliver company values, products and services to create an interest in visiting the Service Center. 4. Identify and record potential patient information. 5. Liaise with customer service to provide potential customer information and follow-up accordingly. 6. Follow-up with potential customers (hot leads) after their evaluation in the Service Center to receive feedback. 7. Liaise with customer service to provide them with the hot leads’ feedback for appropriate actions. Prepare periodic reports on performance in a timely manner.
Qualifications •University degree •From 1-2 years experience in sales or /and customer care field •Good command of English Language •Communication and interpersonal
