-Follow up the daily production plans and activities to sustain the smooth production operations and production achievements. -Maintain Machinery parameters for startup phase during operating and shutdown to ensure minimum loss of production time and profits.-Stick to Quality STDs during production process.-Apply and follow up 5s system in plastic production floor.-Monitor labors performance to enhance labors capabilities and to achieve the production plans. -Monitor, measure, and control material flow to reduce material deviation ratio.
Qualifications -BSc. Mechanical Production & Design Engineering. -Preferably experience in Plastic Industry “Injection & Blowing” -TPM Awareness. -Quality Principles. -Lean Awareness. -Machinery troubleshooting.
