• Process, verify, maintain and review computerized or manual records of items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories. • Research and evaluate suppliers based on prices, quality, services, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the suppliers reputation and history and always update the suppliers list. • Evaluate technically the quotations of mechanical spare parts and make the technical recommendation to the requesting department. • Purchase the highest quality supplies at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts. • Make inspection and acceptance guidelines for the purchases of mechanical spare parts when delivered in store and review the inspection report. • Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. • Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods. • Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective actions.
Qualifications ** 4-5 Years of Experience. ** Bachelor Degree in Production or Mechanical Engineering is Preferred.
