- Ensure the complete preparation of the technical and commercial tender requirement - Review projects designs _ Conduct any value engineering - Preparation of request for information (RFI) - Attend clarification meeting - Coordinate with owners/Consultants and project team - Issue request for quotation to the list of approved suppliers and follow-up for quotation - Preparation and conducting evaluation of received offers ad recommendation for awarding based on the technical and commercial quotation - Coordinate with all concerned internal department - Consolidate all obtained cost classified direct and indirect cost - modify & consolidate the final tender documents technical and commercial offers
Qualifications -5-7 years in tendering and estimation fields, -2-5 years in a relevant position -Technical/engineering Electro/Mechanical background
