Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies 8. Respond to public inquiries 9. Provide word-processing and secretarial support 10. Type confidential documents on a word processing system 11. Provide administrative support to staff members as requested 12. Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications The knowledge, skills and attitudes required for satisfactory job performance Knowledge. The Candidate must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: - Office administration - An understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures Skills - Fluent English read, write and talk is a must - Team building - Bookkeeping and internet searching - Analytical and problem solving - decision making - Computer skills including ( Office and software programs) - Ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level - stress management skills - Time management skills
