Job Level Managerial
- Participate in the organization & development of company structure - Prepare monthly & annual statistics about company Human Resources needs & future plans. - Manage and Organize all activities related to salaries, benefits & Compensation Including but not limited to study salary scale structure, to study & propose bonus schemes, to study & propose motivation system …etc. - Receive grievances from employees & discuss it with appropriate department head or Top management - Develop initiatives to increase workers loyalty & boost collective & individual performances - Develop, manage and control a professional operational mechanism for Implementation & control of all HR & HRD activities (EX: recruitment, exit, training, evaluation, promotion , career development structure…) - Ensure application of HR related laws (labor office, Insurance, injuries…) - Responsible of all subordinates activities - Plan , manage & coordinate joint activities with other related departments (finance and administration). - Provide periodical reports to the supportive services division head upon HR & HRD activities , along with performance of team. - Provide technical support to superior in all related matters when needed.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in management or other related fields, diploma or master degree in HR is preferable. - Minimum of 10 years work experience. - Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position, preferably related to HR management - Proven experience in people management& negotiation skills - Excellent command of using MS office programs
