• To provide marketing support to all different services inside the company. • Work closely with the Marketing director and other marketing team members to implement and support marketing objectives, initiatives and strategies. • Build a standard impressive profile for the corporate level and tailored profiles for each service we provide. • Develop core product positioning material for each service and market. • Facilitate and execute KPIs and project plans for channel branding • Write different services messages for collateral materials, advertising, direct email campaigns, Website, sales tools and promotions. • Collect and analyze all relevant information about competition and communicate on a timely manner to management to take appropriate actions and decisions. • Collaborate with marketing in translating new ideas into commercial plans of all promotions. • Cooperate with sales team & marketing management to make recommendations on pricing strategy, service portfolio…etc. • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the company management. • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B service marketing field is a must • Previous experience in the Gulf and/or European market is a must • Fluency in English • Project management, KPI building and monitoring, problem resolution and general management expertise. • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment • Capable of dealing with a diverse range of products and services • Outstanding communication skills.
