-Identifies and qualifies opportunities to establish a pipeline which will meet targets -Establishes value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities including strategy for beating the competition -Identifies and influences decision makers, influencers and stakeholders (internal and external) -Submits accurate and timely monthly sales forecasting to line management -Closes deals on sales campaigns that they are leading -Maintains a high level of product, services, solution, market and competitive know how. -Updates the CRM database, carries out administrative tasks and use company tools and processes to manage sales deals -Align with company departments -Maintains awareness of existing company portfolio -Maintain strong customer relationship -Do financial proposals -Create new customers
Qualifications -Hold Engineering Bachelor degree preferably electrical -8+ years of experience in a similar industry -IT products & solutions knowledge -Experience in Private sector & banking and/or Government sector -Multinational experience (preferred) -Customer oriented -Market/competition knowledge -Successful track record in a Sales Professional role
