• Support Head of Sales, Area sales managers & sales coordinators by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the sales dept. and staff. • Producing letters, memos, sales reports, spreadsheets in addition to all administration work related to sales dept. • Issue daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. • Monitoring the stock level, primary sales & secondary sales. • Checking & update prices and contracts • Update sales target with the sales team. Daily reports like sales, KPI’s and create and monitor. Also follow-up to the desired objectives and search for errors and solve it and analyze data easily to other departments such as direct report management, marketing, production and development of sales channels to make decision. And support all sales team with more analysis on time and work hard to be able to react with situation, calculate and control budget the TTS (total trade spend) to see the ideal steps from A to Z concerning the TTS in line with predefined business rules. Also ensure that all business partners all aligned with the same steps. And calculate and monitor actual cost report
Qualifications • From 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Admin. Within FMCG industry is a plus • BA. Degree from reputable university. • Familiar with Oracle ERP • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time. • Ability to prioritize own workload. • Strong communication skills. • Administrative or sales background. • Must be detailed oriented.
