-Answering the applicants inquiries via email, visits or phone.- Handle the online applications with revising the high school test scores, post the approved applications to the system and reject the applications below the required scores.-Post the admissions exam results, English exam results and interview results to the system.- Receive and check the students credentials after the final acceptance, and follow up on lacking credentials.- Assist in the process of the financial support, scholarship review and evaluation of the supporting documents including receiving Students financial supporting documents, checking for completion according to the university check list and posting the financial support percentage to the system.- Posting of the Remedial English course results to the system and assist in the process of the students schedules registration.- Complete the students records on the PowerCampus system including the high school information.- Assist in the process of the students books receipt and also in the grading review during the mid term exam and final exams.- Issue enrollment certificates, transcripts, letters and forms whenever needed by the students .
Qualifications Relevant experience in a credit hours system university. Knowledge in database systems. Flexibility in working during vacations and after the working hours.
