1. Responsible for gathering all complaints related data and investigate each incident to ensure resolving all issues. 2. Conducts customers phone calls to collect data and update the CRM System. 3. Conducts follow-up phone calls with customers to ensure that the service they received met with their full satisfaction. 4. Conducts monthly follow-up and reminders phone calls with customers for insurance renewal 5. Recieves all sales inquiries and web contacts and forward to the showroom manager and follow up on actions. 6.Brings complicated complaints to the immediate attention of the CR Supervisor.
Qualifications University graduate; min 2 years experience in customer service Very Good computer skills Very Good communication and English language skills Customer Focus and follow up
