Manpower Planning, and Recruitment: - To ensure that they and their team promote and maintain a high standard of professional recruitment practice. - Ensure proper manpower and activities are aligned to support CI Business plan. - To provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the Human Resources function relating to recruitment and selection matters and associated terms and conditions. - To work closely with each company/department/function under their remit, to ensure that the recruitment service they deliver meets the holding needs. Organizational Development - Organization Structure: Partner in Organization redesign and developing group’s charts. Training and Development: - With the collaboration of Business line Directors, identify the strategic training needs based on business requirements and performance gaps and ensure proper implementation.
Qualifications Bachelor’s in business administration preferably supplemented by a HR certification or a post graduate degree.
