• Arrange with travel agencies, hotels for accommodation, business trips, events…etc. • Issued most customers invoices • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post. • Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, and taking minutes. • Meet and assist for the out comers and foreign colleagues • Hotel contracts and reservations both in Egypt and abroad. • Contact the shipping lines to get the best offer for each destination. • Book the vessels and issue the shipping declarations. • Handling the attendance sheet • Acting as back office assistance for the sales team. • Arranging national and international meetings for the top management. • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations Carrying out researches and presenting findings into subjects the manager is dealing with and handling suppliers business visit schedule • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Qualifications • Minimum 2- 3 years of related experience is preferred • Excellent command of English Language • V.good Microsoft office skills • Effective business writing & communication skills • Female
