Performing the following tasks with coordination with HR Manager: • Working with line managers for planning of future personnel needs. • Following up the full recruiting process starting from search through different vacancies, to candidates screening, to interviews, to deal finalization with chosen candidates. • Providing staff training and development. • Operating pay and benefits policies in compliance with company policy. • Being in contact with staff concerning promotions, career paths, career shifts, etc. • Manage employee facilities such as medical insurance. • Responsible for employees welfare programs and ensuring employees high work spirit and motivation.
Qualifications Bachelor degree with relevant HR Management experience, preferably in a multinational company.
