Job Level Managerial
Purpose: Responsible for the Inventory Management cycle starting from the point of receiving items from suppliers to stage of delivering them to their designated departments. In addition to monitoring the inventory levels to determine the reorder points. Principal Accountabilities: • Receives and makes sure that items are stored according to their specifications. • Follows up on the inspection cycle to ensure that the items are technically approved. • Reviews and approves the delivery notes to the designated departments. • Confirms the physical count and Item costing with the Inventory control. • Keeps a log of the in and out of all items. • Monitors inventory levels to specify re-order points and issues order requests. • Reports physical count on monthly basis • Ensures that the team of Warehouse keepers are complying with the Supply Chain cycle
Qualifications Minimum education requirement: Bachelor degree in any relevant field Experience: Five years of experience in warehouses and a minimum of two years as a “Warehouse Manager”. Skills: • Good level of English Language. • Previous experience in ERP Systems. • Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, Excel…) Working Conditions: • Working and residing in Arish.
