The Role:
External Sales Representative is one of the 2 channels belonging to the Safmarine Egypt commercial organization. Together with Customer Experience Partners, our vocation is to drive Safmarine performance forward, identify market opportunity and acquire new customers, handle commercial negotiations & maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for making outbound sales calls as per set call plans.
• Assist in developing our product catalogue driven by knowledge of clients’ needs.
• Identify and secure new customers/opportunities for Safmarine.
• Deliver agreed targets through identifying market opportunities, new customers’ acquisition, quoting, and quote follow up till landing business on Safmarine board.
• Proactively seek & maximise Sales opportunities to deliver agreed volume and revenue targets for the specified customer segments.
• Focusing on building strong and long term relationship with customers.
• Coordinate with Global Service Centres at India to optimize performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery in line with the Brand.
• Contribute to the Commercial Pipeline Management.
• Drive and builds strong relationships with customers, in compliance with Safmarine differentiators.
• Plan and deploy the understanding of Customer’s business & needs to the Customer Experience Organization.
