•Receiving purchase requisitions and placing orders to the suppliers. •Negotiating for best prices, payment, delivery condition and generally best conditions. •Insuring the shipments, delivery dates and arrivals meets the planned schedule •Handling arrangements of shipping the orders from supplier’s location till company warehouse. •Following up the opened purchase order and shipping documents. •Handling/coordinate all payments with the financial department. •Coordinating with warehouse for goods receipt and accuracy of inventory reports and reporting. •Evaluating supplier’s performance including delivery quality and service. •Sourcing and investigating potential suppliers so as to ensure the most cost effective sourcing are being transacted. •Analyzing market in order to consider present and future resources availability. •Providing prices range data to participate in every year purchasing budget. •Claiming suppliers for the different failure cases, and mange returns to suppliers. •Issuing summary reports and updates per each purchase order status •Communicate with suppliers to get required documents for clearance and shipping conditions . •Preparing LC application with terms and send it to the bank •Receiving the original documents from the banks •Follow up the clearance agent to release the goods .
Qualifications Experience 3-5 years. bachelor degree. excellent computer skills.
