Work in the legal department on implementing the legal tasks assigned to him/her with Accuracy and integrity and aware of the court work and government bodies, and is capable of achieving the legal requirements for the company both internally and externally. Reviewing and preparing all documents, all contracts of credit and non-credit transactions and projects of any kind, which covers the companys activity, and maintain our rights. Working on all the court cases that the company is a party in and that of the prosecution and preparing all of the legal briefs or Memos and attending hearings, pleading and advocacy as well as working on executions procedures. Finalize all legal procedures related to the companys activities with government agencies. Conduct administrative investigations for the staff of the company and work as investigation secretary. Dealing with the Real Estate Offices, documentation and dealing with the General Authority of Financial Control that concerned with problems of registration of contracts and assets that belongs to the company under the financial leasing contracts with coordination of various departments to meet all the required documents for Leasing.
Qualifications A Member of the Bar Association. 3 to 8 years experience in related field Preferred in leasing or any other outsourced facilities that works in the same industry.
