Lead the development of the Marketing strategy, including brand, category, communications, insight, pricing, product and promotions strategy, Conduct a full Marketing audit on core function and introduce new marketing techniques/methodology to the team, To assign full responsibility for the management of the Marketing budget and be a stakeholder of the monthly and yearly P&L,Develop the brand including positioning and identity guidelines and building awareness via advertising, communications/PR, and direct/online marketing, Develop and deliver promotional literature, brochures and website content,Build market analysis tools for such as google analytics and work closely in the analysis of the student feedback survey with the Operations Manager for both Arabic and English, Deliver customer engagement through dedicated communications activity, Deliver engaging and eye-catching POS, displays and merchandising on premises and off premises, Work closely with Digital marketing and monitor channels for Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, Linked Inn, You tube, Snap chat, Manage all external relationship with marketing agencies and all marketing stakeholders, Conduct SWOT analysis for using the Marketing mix, To identify and plan with the Business Project Manager the local events International House Cairo should attend, Write the content for monthly newsletter, this should be sent out internally via email and externally via mail out, Build content and manage relationships for course listing websites such as Studyabroad.com, goabroad.com
Qualifications Must have experience in marketing, must be fluent in English
