- Understanding deeply online customers’ needs and developing processes to meet their requirements. - Materializing online orders and executing all needed procedures to deliver products in 24 hours as agreed. - Updating back ends for Jumia and souq in terms of stock ,new and discontinued SKU’s . - Tailoring promotions that meet online customer needs and motivate sales. - Sending Stock update sheets every two weeks to other online customers without back ends. - Analyzing & reviewing Cecil products compared to competitors on online selling websites. - Designing and delivering monthly and annual sales report for online customers. - Providing assistance and support for marketing team when needed.
Qualifications •1-2 years of experience in ecommerce (fresh graduates are welcomed) •Very good command of English •English language school graduate •Willing to learn & grow •Good with social media portals
