o Engineering and implementing solutions on a wide variety of data network and data security elements o Technical support, services, information security, network security, engineering functions o Installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network security solutions and related monitoring tools including L2/L3 network devices, Network Admission Control (NAC), 802.1x, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN Solutions, Web Application Firewalls, Content Filtering, NetFlow Analysis o Secure the infrastructure for electronic transactions systems.
Qualifications - IT Security Certification such as CISSP, CCNA, CCSP, Firewall Specialist, information security specialist MCSE + Security or their equivalents - Outstanding customer service skills and advanced written and verbal communications skills - Strong Interpersonal, Teamwork, process development, and network troubleshooting skills. - Unix/Windows, monitoring and securities systems infrastructure, SPAM control, IDS analysis, Microsoft Office suite - strong fundamental understanding of telecom network and routing environments, as well as technical understanding of network fundamentals and internet protocols - Background in responding to, mitigating, and remediating security attacks - Advanced experience with a wide variety of security devices including routers, firewalls, IDS’s and load balancers - Strong knowledge of the security landscape (attack vectors and tools, and mitigation)
