The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will include the following: • Billing activities, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Tracking the number of hours consumed by students in each service. • Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure. • Performing general bookkeeping. • Revenue reporting and verification on a daily basis. • Liaising with internal and external partners regarding various accounting transactions.
Qualifications • Bachelor of commerce, accounting major preferably English section. • Knowledge of accrual basis accounting. • Previous experience in accounting, tax and auditing firm is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is an advantage.
