Manage automotive service center operations. Lead the team of engineers and technicians and assists in recruiting and developing the team. Assures proper operation and utilization of service center assets. Establish and maintain technical files for each served vehicle and analyze historical data, issue remarks and provide technical directions for best operation. Expand business operations of the service center and the clients database. Participates in developing new service to be provided to clients. Conducts technical researches as required for new projects and market opportunities.
Qualifications Graduate of Mechanical Engineering. 15 to 20 years experience in Maintenance and repair of trucks, buses and/or heavy equipment, of which, at least 3 years in managerial position. Proven leadership capabilities. Good communication skills, especially in reporting and presentation.
