- Understand and analyze user requirements along with the engineering requirements/restrictions - Create mobile wireframes, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas - Deliver responsive designs that work efficiently on various mobile device types - Help in creating high quality user manuals whenever needed that communicate clearly and translate business processes into user-friendly flows - Provide Out of the box concepts and ideas for branding - Effectively communicate with the project manager and the development team
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of UX/UI design for mobile/web applications - Excellent visual design skills, production value and attention to detail with sensitivity to user-system interaction. - Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and associated design tools (Sketch is a plus - Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps - Strong verbal communication skills - Strong understanding of and expertise in UI standards - Strong Knowledge of design best practices and prototyping techniques - Fluent English is a must - Fair knowledge of the Agile methodology
