Job Level Senior
To plan and organize training courses in the specified topics of expertise. To assist in developing material for new coursework. To deliver training courses in line with Academy standards and course objectives. To evaluate the trainees and students according to Academy standards and course objectives. To prepare regular course evaluations and reports to administration. To assist in administrative responsibilities of the department. To propose new courses and to assist in upgrading current ones. To work on upgrading skills and knowledge base of self and department personnel. To contribute to promoting Academy and mission with partners and market in general. Communicate and coordinate with NASS departments to align non-technical with technical programs. To assist in developing structure, programs and junior personnel for the department.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field from a reputable accredited university or higher institute. More than 5 years proven experience in a related position or training subject. Knowledge and/or experience in preparing and delivering training programs is preferred. Working experience as teacher/ instructor at training institutions is preferred.
