• Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of the human capital. • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, procedures, and activities across the company. • Coach operations’ leaders on organizational effectiveness, engagement, and development topics including progressive discipline, reward, and recognition. • Develop processes and tools to measure the impact and value of the HR initiatives in the company. • Develop and implement comprehensive staffing strategies that attract and retain talents. • Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommend, plan, and implement pay structure revisions. • Oversee employee benefits programs and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefits programs to management, directing the processing of benefits claims, obtaining and evaluating benefits contracts bids, and awarding them. • Ensure legal compliance with the labor law by monitoring and implementing applicable Human Resources requirements and keeping records. • Ensure the effective implementation of personnel practices in terms of contracts’ renewals and social/medical insurance enrollment. • Ensure that all the employees files and records are up-to-date and comply with the labor law. • Oversee investigations and recommend resolution. • Maintain organizational charts and employee directory. • Review evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments. • Oversee the planning, implementation, and analysis of the annual performance appraisals, employee engagement/satisfaction survey, and the managerial survey. • Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals. • Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the company.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • Postgraduate studies in HR is a must • HR Certificate/Diploma is a must • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources with at least 1 year in a similar position • Experience in working with companies that are located in more than one country is a plus • Proficiency in compliance, labor laws, and other regulations relevant to the business environment • Experience in all aspects of Human Resources including, but not limited to, compensation and benefit, employee relations, recruitment, leadership development, organizational development, change management, and organizational dynamics
