1- Receive pay roll data from branches before monthly clothing 2- Review and consolidate data with branch admins 3- Submit a monthly reports to HR Managers of head count, new hires, male vs female employees report (to be submitted to WWB) leavers and turn over ratios 4- Receive and monitor sick leaves submitted from branches for medical approval 5- Issuing HR Letters and salary certificates 6- Develop financial reports to finance of (insurance returned amount, irregular personnel, and any other deductions from employees for whatsoever 7- develop penalty record form to be sent to all branches separately 8- leavers employees salary settlement 9- Facilitating employees’ inquiries as for social insurance deductions, tax deduction absence days …. Etc 10- Issuing employees pay slips
Qualifications -BA degree of commerce- accounting or business administration major. -Excellent computer skills. 0-1 years of experience.
