Send Operational field report on a weekly and monthly basis about sales, customers, employees, profit and cost •Prepare service KPIs report for delivery and service time. Preparing Man power Status report including actual and targeted numbers of store level employees •Send to the Finance dept. on daily basis reports about bank deposit receipts, visa receipts •Send to the finance dept on daily basis Void Log •Report on daily basis the daily goods receiving invoices, warehouse receiving invoices, waste report, and transfer reports •Guest complaints handling using LAST technique. •Visiting each table after the customer finishes his main course, making sure that the customer will fill in the comments card•Full supervision and control of all areas of food cycle including •Daily inspection for crew members’ personal hygiene •Preparing yearly, monthly sale budget •Handling and controlling restaurant petty cash and cash machines petty cash using company forms •Handling all my micros , and my inventory daily, weekly and monthly operations •Preparing daily maintenance report
Qualifications High communication skills •Outstanding concept standard and procedures awareness •High follow up skills •Having full awareness about equipment operation system and manuals •Hygiene and HAACP certified •Public relations
