Job Level Senior
• Executes the Project in compliance with the Project Management System Processes and Procedures. • Facilitates Dialogue and addresses potential interface issues as the project progresses from square one through the definition, design, execution and hand over phases of the project. • Proactively ensures that the Execution Group and related personnel are actively engaged via meeting & reviews early in the project. • Ensures alignment with project objectives, cost & schedule. • Coordinates, with the various divisions, the preparation of key design deliverables (critical drawings, specifications, etc.) and ensures project execution, contracting and procurement considerations are reflected in the design. • Prepares key project execution deliverables. • Coordinates the development, evaluation and contracts for Engineering procurement, etc. • Prepares the project control (cost and schedule) plan for the project. • Identifies and develops the key/critical issues list and resolves them accordingly. • Coordinates the Management of Change process through all phases of the project. • Manages administrative aspects of technical and financial closeout of the project. • Ensure project files are properly classified and filled. • Responsible for training new Engineering employees.
Qualifications • Engineering Degree. • 5+ working experience. • Quality and Safety management. • On-hand projects experience. • Auto Cad.
