The candidate must demonstrate creative skills in a dynamic start-up environment together with hands- on engineering attitude and is expected to participate in the development of complex multi-disciplinary products involving mechanical, aerodynamic, electrical, and electronics design. The candidate will be responsible for tasks related to the electrical aspects of the turbine system development. Among others, the job requires the following: • Preparing the spec requirements associated with the electrical sub system. • Participating in the development activities • Guiding and supporting the work provided by external consultants and subcontractors.
Qualifications • M.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with specialization in power systems. • 5+ years of relevant work experience, • Experience in design and development of electrical power systems • Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills with both internal and external teams • Management and negotiation skills with sub-contractors, suppliers and manufacturers • Hands-on attitude • Effective verbal and written communication skills
