• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying and managing organization plans and objectives. • Builds applicant sources by researching providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. • Preparing Job Profile (job description , job Specifications and Competences) • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. • Check work history and job references, conduct testing, process paperwork and outline benefits • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; and sourcing candidates • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules. • Also, handling internal complaints by organizing them in order of immediate importance and addressing them by interviewing parties involved to find the root of the problem and solutions. • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. • Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; providing community introductions. • Perform all data entry and proper filling system to keep a qualified candidates database. • Analysis for downtime and turnover. • Other duties may be assigned later
Qualifications • From 3 - 5 years of experience in Recruitment. • Working in recruitment agency is preferable. • Human resources certificate or Diploma will be an asset • White, Blue collar experience is a MUST. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office. • High command of communication and problem solving. • Working under stress.
