-Reviewing all SOPs and WIs. -Checking all the quality Parameters in the lab (Daily work): _ Recording Temp. / Humidity _ Housekeeping _ Refrigerator Temp. -Review the raw Material Storage Area. -Replying on all Internal and External Audit points concerning the Lab with a follow up on the implementation of the corrective action. -Responsible for maintain Training plan upon receiving the Training needs and insure its occurrence. -Performing Internal training to the lab staff with evaluation. -Monitoring the On-Job training to the lab staff. -Checking the Archiving room per quarter -Checking the safety cabinet per quarter according to the SOP. - Performing External Audit on any outsourcing service depend on the Outsourcing Audit Plan that will be prepared by Quality Assurance Manager. -Maintain the Organization Chart. - Maintain an Training Matrix including the training need with budgeting; upon receiving with General Manger approval training plan is performed and follow to be maintained -Perform Personnel File with NW Secretary. -Ensure the adherence to guidelines for all project activities and steps, such as NRHDM, OECD, ICH as required by the Malaysian guidelines. - Review all project documents, such as contracts, protocols and all submitted documents. -Prepare, implementing, and follow for external audits as well as internal audits. -Follow any CAPA related to audit or deviation and ensure closure on time. -Ensure the integrity of the all studies and thus the validity of the experimental results, including standardization, pre-clinical and clinical studies according to the guidelines & milestones. -Verify that the study plan contains the information required for compliance with the Principles of GLP/GCP and maintain copy of all protocols with any subsequent amendments. Ensure that all SOPs GLP compliant, complete, clear and not conflict with other SOPs.
