• coordinate between various department of conducting training activities Responsible for Office maintenance, Housekeeping Activities and office utilities • Supervise on Office boys, Housekeeping and Security (Attendance , Checklists and Appearance) • Couriers receiving and dispatching , recording and monthly reporting • Travel arrangement (Accommodation - Booking Tickets – Transportation -Expenses). • Meeting room’s reservation and Cleaning as well as Data Shows availability and performance • Answer and transfer calls • Meet and assist clients and guests • Updating the EXT. sheet on a weekly basis. • Assist in company events with HR. • Responsible for Petty Cash hand Over and settlement • Provide personal assistance to GM and other managers of the company if needed, as well as other general office tasks that may arise from time to time. • All Filling Related to Tasks mentioned. • Other admin. Related activities. • Execute and Coordinate the FDI / Leaver Procedures and any other FDI Tasks related • Execute Social / Medical insurance periodic transactions • Responsible for medical claims and follow up to be refunded. • Responsible for new hiring credentials and all employees files • All requirements of filing for the personnel section • Control the transportations payment requests. • Receive and Update Leaves Balances and filing vacation forms. • Assist in Personnel function in attendance/ payroll transactions as assigned From Direct Supervisor
