Prepare Requisition Summary Report. Following up the booking sales on my inventory system to check If there are missing booking sales. Preparing the monthly waste report. Preparing the monthly sampling report. Preparing the “shortage&over“report. Monitoring the raw materials. Preparing the forecasting report. Re-evaluating the price of the raw materials. Preparing the “Cost of sales reports”
Qualifications - 5–7 years of experience, preferred in Hospitality - Analytical skills - Good attention to details - Background about the operation process - Communication skills - Accuracy
