• Receiving the packing list from Brand department and makes comparisons with the Warehouse receiving list. • Receiving the local order list from Brand department and makes comparisons with the Warehouse receiving list. • Analyzes the difference between Brand department orders and receiving goods. • Check models color and patron after delivery to set the product code. • Controlling product quality. • Preparing products before sending to Showrooms. • Deliver goods from WH to Showrooms in case of need. • Daily monitoring stores sales & prepare goods feeding to showrooms. • Preparing promotion items with promotion label before sending to showrooms. • Check defected items. • Distribute the new collections list comes from Brand department. • Participate in goods inventory committee. • REPORTS: 1. Preparing the daily sales report for feeding showrooms. 2. Weekly defected item report. 3. Weekly missed barcode items in stores & Warehouse. 4. Weekly show zero stock colors. 5. Weekly showroom feeding quantity report. 6. Monthly Inventory balance report.
Qualifications • 2-5 or years of relevant experience. • In-depth knowledge and experience in various fashion market. • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts or equivalent business discipline. • Excellence knowledge in designing programs (Photoshop Cs, Illustrator Cs 5, AutoCAD…etc.). • Advanced Excel user.
