Build and grow carrier base, network and understands the market - Onboard drivers; take full responsibility for vetting, gathering and verifying documentation and training new drivers - Develop and implement strategies to increase carrier and driver engagement -Directly manage carrier issues, be a problem solver, troubleshoot technical issues and be the main point of contact for drivers -create and manage new processes for carrier promotions and events
Qualifications 4 year college degree, preferably in business, marketing or engineering • 5+ years work experience, 2+ in a client or customer facing role • Experience in the transportation/logistics industry • Valid driver license, reliable transportation and a clean driving record • Able to work in the field and our offices in Cairo
