• Work with the Project Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and construction documents. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. • Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions. • Provides project team coordination for the project floor plans, specifications, material selections, and cost estimating required for construction. • Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings. • Assist in planning, making adaptations and modifications to complete the working drawings. • Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination. • Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs. • Working with modeling commercial projects. • Knowledge of commonly used practices within the industry/profession. • Able to communicate effectively with clients + consultants + vendors. • Aptitude to learn new concepts quickly and accept new challenges. • Display of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment. • Dexterity to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics. • High level of organization and attention to detail. • Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
Qualifications • BA/BS degree in Architecture or Design. • Advanced AutoCAD, Revit, & SketchUp. • Exceptional graphic presentations + 3D renderings • Advanced Corel draw, Adobe Suite print production - Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Image Ready, MS Office. • Minimum experience 3-5 years.
