Description School admission Responsibilities: Provide all the admission information for new applicants (Parents) and helping them with the admission processes. Assist in the preparation of all admissions procedures. Revise all applications for new applicants to make sure that all parts are properly filled. Prepare new admissions assessment schedule for KG Teachers to be ready for the new Students Interviews. Inform Parents by the date and time of student assessments to finalize the admission procedures. Prepare the rooms & lists needed for the appraisal interviews. Prepare the (Welcome Pack) for the School new applicants to provide them with school policy and procedures. File &organize the filing of system used for the Application files. Submit new admissions files of students to the Student Affairs Office. File the data entry of the bus Requests in (ISEE School management system) for new applicants and enrolled students. Post new enrolled students on (Renweb) on the admission module. Divide new enrolled students according to their date of birth to be used in the selection process. Issue lists for new students such as (lists for their previous school, 2nd language, religion etc.). Follow up & update students data on Renweb system. Revise all students grades every trimester for all classes of the American school grade book to report them to executive manager with the missing or dropped grades. School Events responsibilities process: Assist in the preparation of the school Trips such as (Trips booking, contact travel agencies, Logistics, collecting fees etc.). Assist in the school events and rehearsal such as (Annual show event).

Qualifications Bachelor degree in a relevant field. 2 years working experience.

Other Skills Bilingual (Arabic and English). Multi Tasks employee. Ability to write detailed reports and correspondence. Communication and organizational skills. Ability to work within a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Accept criticism; deal calmly and effectively with stressful situations. Adaptability/Flexibility. Establish and maintain challenging goals and exert effort toward mastering tasks. Good command of spoken and written English language; Have strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills
