Description 1- Full implementation of the cleaning and sanitation procedures for the whole production lines, production tools / equipment and areas as well. 2- Assure the proper selection and utilization of the cleaning and sanitation chemicals. 3- Assure reaching the proper concentration of the chemicals used in cleaning and sanitation activities as well as the required time frame as per the related work instructions / procedures. 4- Assure keeping the related records as per the associated procedures. 5- Conduct the pre- operation inspection prior to restarting operation to assure meeting the related food safety standards. 6- Conduct the associated on job training for the cleaning and sanitation shift crew. 7- Any other assigned tasks as per business needs.
Qualifications 1- B.Sc. in Agriculture / Science. 2- Min. 5 years of experience. 3- Has a training record in GMP, Cleaning and Sanitation, Hygiene and Pest Control.
