Description - Analysis of textile sectors to select the chains - Identifying gaps based on research and data collection from concerned stakeholders - Set the chain strategy and the needed interventions to close the gaps - Take the lead in project design and development; - Conduct event to beneficiary companies to promote the value chain methodology - Field visits to textile factories to engage beneficiary companies in the interventions for development - Prepare Terms of Reference scope & specific actions based on factories requirements; - Develop tender dossiers in coordination with Contracting component; - Close project management to ensure successful implementation;; - Report regularly on progress to program manager; - Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - B.sc of Textile Engineering or Applied Arts(Textile specialization or Apparel); - A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in Textile industries (preferable Multinational background); - Work knowledge of textile sub sectors; - Strong presentation & communication skills; - Self motivated & result oriented; - Highly organized & reporting skills; - Proficient user of MS package with focus on (Word , Excel , PowerPoint); - Hands on experience and field visits; - Working knowledge of the industrial sector in Egypt is a must;
