Description Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements. Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, Commercial invoices and packing lists. Prepare shipping and export documentation required for international shipments. Assist customers in import/export clearance by providing custom declarations for shipment transactions. Coordinate with shipping forwarders to obtain and update the shipment tracking information for customers. Check and negotiate letters of credit with relevant banks. Arrange and negotiate road, sea or air freight rates with carriers. Perform organizing, shipping and delivering goods worldwide in smooth, timely and cost-effective manner. Communicate with sales/service and other functional areas to resolve customer problems in a timely manner. Receive the customers inquiries form from outside sales and send it to planning department to check production possibility and delivery. Review the production plan to ensure that all customers orders are included in the plan to meet the customers delivery schedule. Issue sales order and arrange commercial invoice, form 4, COC to be sent to customs team along with customer documents. Communicate the order process development to the customers to maximize the customer satisfaction levels. Arrange the shipping cycle of domestic customers. Conduct customers visits and attend special occasions with them to build strategic partnership between the company and the customers.
Qualifications From 0-3 years experience in logistics management. Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules.
