Description Answer telephone and respond to requests for information and transferring calls to designated employees.
When appropriate, respond to visitors requests for information.
Keep accurate data base of requested information.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Capital Team head.
Responsible for the internal register; In/Out logs, Stamping of incoming and outgoing mail packages
Handling courier services as requested
Sending mails by couriers.
Handling distribution of newspapers, magazines and personal letters
Qualifications From 1-2 years of relevant experience Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multi-task / Ability to work under pressure. Excellent Communication skills (Written or orally).

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
