Description 1. Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
2. Responsible for the negotiation processes.
3. Consult clients on market conditions.
4. Display and market the real property to possible buyers.
5. Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in the property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
6. Maintaining contact with clients to have opened to discuss future business prospects
Qualifications - Bachelor Degree. - At least 1 year of experience in real estate. - Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills. - Very good presentation skills. - Very good in English
